Event Shuttle Request

The Raider Xpress may be reserved for University-sponsored special events on a first come, first served basis.  Event shuttles do not transport outside the Murfreesboro city limits.  For an estimate on event shuttles please complete the form below.

• Shuttles may be requested for University-sponsored events, only.
• If you wish to request shuttles please complete a shuttle request form .
• All completed request s must be scheduled and confirmed 7 business days in advance. Please submit completed form to pcitations@mtsu.edu .
• Trips are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our department.

Any changes to original request for service must be emailed and acknowledged by Parking &Transportation Services 48-hours prior to the start of the shuttle reservation.

To avoid a charge, Parking & Transportation Services must be notified of a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the start of the shuttle reservation.
