Employee Citation Appeal Process
In accordance with Section 8: Judicial Procedures (hyperlink) of the MTSU Traffic and Parking Regulations (hyperlink):
Employees may appeal citations at https://mtsu.t2hosted.com/ within fifteen (15) calendar days of issuance. Alternatively, appeals may be filed by completing an appeal form obtained through the Parking and Transportation Services Office.
The process to appeal a citation is:
- Submit an appeal online at the above link and provide details and evidence to support your appeal.
- Once you select the link, click LOGIN in the top right corner. It will ask for Pipeline or FSA Login. Please enter your FSA login information (MTSU email without the @mtsu.edu and your FSA password).
- Once logged in, type in the citation number you want to appeal and select Search Citations.
- The citation will load, and you will see the option to Appeal to the side. Fill out the appeal form and attach any additional information you wish to include.
- You will receive an email receipt once the appeal has been submitted.
- You will be notified via email the University Traffic Committee’s decision once they meet over your appeal.
- If the appeal is approved, no further action is required.
- If the appeal is denied, it will need to be paid. See, Citation Payments (hyperlink).
- If the appeal is approved and you have already paid the citation, a refund will be processed.
